33 Weeks!

I can't believe I'll be 33 weeks tomorrow, but I also can't believe my due date is still 7 weeks away!

This past week marked the beginning of our ultrasound on Mondays and non-stress test on Thursdays schedule. Both went really well! I was a little nervous (okay, a lot) after the ultrasound because the tech checked my fluid twice. I just thought she acted strange...and I have to admit I got upset. I swore that I would not be one of those pregnant women that get all worked up and constantly thinks something is wrong. And I hope that because my worries are legitimate, I'm not one of them! haha. I mentioned my concern to Dr. Dawley at my regular appointment after the ultrasound. She called the perinatal center to check on my fluid levels and they were okay! I was so relieved.

They attempted to get better 3D shots of Miss Madison, but she still refused to cooperate. As you can see, her little face was still blocked by the placenta. The tech said she just stays up against my uterine wall, which would explain why I constantly feel like she's head-butting me!

I love this one of her feet...her ankles are crossed!

The non-stress test on Thursday was actually kind of fun. I enjoyed listening to her little heart. It was so amazing to actually hear her respond to our voices...and when I'd laugh, her heart would go crazy! The tech said that I should probably drink a coke before the test because Madison wasn't quite as active as they would have liked....too bad they can't do the test at night. I hope her current nightly routine isn't an indication of what's in store for us!
